What is it?
[voice]
Who has been taking care of Nanako-san? I don't think Fukawa-san is equipped to take care of a child!
[voice]
Nanako?
...What, you mean the kid? She can take care of herself.
[voice]
[NO THIS IS NOT HELPING]
Take care of herself?! She can't be more than six years old! Don't tell me both of you have left her alone all this time!
[voice]
Contrary to what the Landlord thinks, looking after some brat isn't my responsibility. She hasn't died yet, she's fine on her own.
[voice]
[/nag nag nag nag]
[voice]
Fine. You can take care of her. If you're so concerned, feel free to take it upon yourself to feed her, bathe her, and hold her hand through life, since you think she's incapable of doing anything on her own.
[voice]
But the way he speaks of this child and his casualness towards her-]
What sort of childhood did you have, Togami-san?!
[He was far from a proponent of hand-holding (being on your own since 13 prevented that), but to him, it wasn't an all or nothing equation.]
[voice]
But really, Togami doesn't care all that much. As far as he sees it, Nanako was doing just fine before Gau showed up, but if Gau wants to spend his time coddling and caring for the kid, go right ahead. He sees little point in it, but if it meant she'd bother Gau if she ever did need something and not him, that's better for him.]
I fail to see how that's relevant at all. You got your answer, now go take care of your new kid.
[voice]
[But he'll leave it at that. Togami is, at least, partially right. He does have more important things to do.]
[voice]
That's hardly any of your concern. And I have better things to be doing with my time than answering any inquiries into my early childhood.
[voice]
[wOW RUDE]
I have work to do as well! Good day, Togami-san!
